If you pay with a Suburban Store gift card, the refund will be sent to you via email within 3 working days in the form of a Suburban Store gift card. Please contact the card issuing bank to check when the refund will be deposited into your account. If payment is made by credit card, we will return the refund to your card issuing bank within 3 working days. The refund will be based on the payment method used when ordering. Suburban HK return center will process the refund after receiving the returned goods.

If you receive the wrong goods, defective goods or find that the package is incomplete, please contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt and provide your order number, product photos and other relevant details, and we will be happy to solve it for you.

I’d personally opt for a backpack for heavier load outs.Ship the package to our return address, and send the tracking number WhatsApp/ Email to us. But if you want something smaller that can still hold a lot but might have to adjust your carry depending on the day, then the regular size is perfect in my opinion. If you want something that you can pack with everything you MIGHT need then get the max. I really wanted something I could take out and not feel like it was in the way or looked awkward. but it’s heavy and looks bulkier then I wanted for a daily driver. He keeps it loaded with a water bottle, tools, notebook, etc. If I’m going out to dinner or something I’ll remove the kindle so it’s a little lighter. I generally try to be intentional about only packing what I’ll actually need for a day. It was perfect for that, but I had to be a little more thoughtful in what I put in it. I used it in place of a backpack when I was out and about in the city and clipped an umbrella to the loop on the outside. I had my passport, cash (I don’t normally have cash on me) a mask, work cell phone (kept personal phone in my pocket) and some small odds and ends. I had it pretty much maxed out on my flight days. I did use it on a 2 week business trip to Taiwan recently. So I only do that when I know I’ll need my sunglasses.

Sometimes I’ll throw my sunglasses + case in there but that makes it a little bulkier. Airpods, wallet, gum, kindle, keys, and a couple charge cables and microfiber cloth. I got the day sling 3 x-pac and could not be happier with it! My daily Carry is pretty light relative to some.
